Exceptional

Firstly, the hotel is located near the Rialt Bridge Ferry Terminal and is easily accessible from the central station by ferry. As toilets are scarce in Venice, it is convenient to have a hotel in a tourist area to go back to use toilet in the hotel. Secondly, the front desk spoke polite English in a way that was easy to understand. Some hotels often give one-sided explanations in barbs, but this hotel was polite.

Great hotel and excellent location

Location is excellent! The staff is really nice and caring! There was no kettle in the room, and the staff found me one (and tea bags!) very late at night. I super recommend it!

We were supposed to control the a/c in the room, but it did NOT work. We had to ask the front desk to control it from there, but evem then the room temperature was hotter than we expected.

Wonderful

First time visitors to Venice, booked hotel in Rialto area, excellent variety of shops & restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, room space was somewhat limited, but understanding this is Europe, it worked, bathroom good with good quality towels. Water bus service was efficient and on time. Being close to Grande Canal, meant proximity to many restaurants and good retail outlets.

Perfect hotel, polite staff, great location, clean facilities, nice food.

Superb location, within walking distance of everything worth seeing in venice. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Facilities were clean, no hidden unwanted surprises.

Stayed only one night, didn't have any negative experience here.

A real treasure and a property we will come back to again.

Such a beautiful hotel. Filled with old-world charm but also right up there with modern conveniences. Very easy to get to the Rialto taxi stop and a quick 1 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and 5 min walk to St Mark's Square.

My only comment is the bathtub in our room was something to be navigated very carefully. You had to REALLY step up AND into it to gain access to the shower as this was a combo unit and there was nothing to hang onto to get into or out of the tub. Be very careful and perhaps the hotel could (should?) consider a grab bar for even their youngest customers...but especially for their older ones.

An excellent hotel, couple this with excellent staff, this made for an excellent stay.

The location could not be better, very central and a very short walk to the main attractions of Venice. The staff really are superb, informative, polite, professional, friendly, I would like to mention Chiara, Gianluca, Jamal, Ali, Paviuz in particular, all had a ready smile and engaging when we asked questions about where to eat for example, Chiara has a very good knowledge of nice places to eat in particular. We will stay here next year when we return !!

It would be useful to have two room keys instead of one.

Very Good

Location is fantastic. Close to everything, lots of restaurants. You can do basically everything on walk distance. Room was very comfortable, Complementary prosecco and fruit basket was given. Very nice! :-)

Breakfast, the coffee is served on the table, but not often. If you want a second cup of coffee you need to go to the kitchen and ask for one more. No so efficient and make you wait a lot. Also, best to order expresso or cappuccino as the coffee long is not the best, despite been in Italy :-(

A wonderful hotel in a very peaceful location

There was a fantastic assortment of breads, cakes, meats etc. There was something fir everyone. The location was a few minutes from St Marks Square and the canal. Great for sightseeing and close to plenty of restaurants.

Nothing, we enjoyed everything.

Old fashioned charm with comfortable amenities

What a beautiful hotel. Everything you would expect in Venice. So much classy character, oozing an old fashioned vibe yet so comfortable with modern amenities. Staff were fabulous and very attentive.

I give full credit, the staff clearly love working here and it showed in everything. I loved it all.

Awesome time. Loved the arranangements made to go to Murano and then the evening boat ride.

The manager, the staff and service were outstanding. The rooftop patio was awesome! Room was clean, nice and we didn't need to ask for anything - everything we needed or could have needed was in the room.

Could have used a shelf or something in the bathroom to put my toiletry bag on. My wife used the one bench and then there was no more space.

The staff were so fabulous. They took such good care of us weary travelers. The rooftop bar was fabulous and the staff there were just as amazing. The beds were great. I hope to return many times.
